Full nose/mouth/chin masks are mandatory in all work vehicles, and also within 6’/2M of all customers/workers/business associates, etc.

Masks are mandatory when dealing with & speaking to anyone.

Mandatory 6’/2M to be kept from all customers (while wearing a mask) at all times unless collecting payment. ATLANTIS EXTERIORS. also has options for contactless services and payment.

2.How will you screen for COVID-19?

ATLANTIS EXTERIORS already has contact tracing for our employees/contractors. To find out if workers/contractors are well when they come to work, we will ask each worker/contractor basic questions every day about their physical health and symptoms using the provincial list of COVID-19 symptoms.

Employees/Contractors will be screened daily via questionnaire by Jordan Willis before their employed/contracted work for the day. PERIOD. There are ZERO exceptions to this.
3.How will you control the risk of transmission in your workplace?

4.What will you do if there is a potential case, or suspected exposure to, COVID-19 at your workplace?
Since ATLANTIS EXTERIORS. works in different municipalities, notification can vary due to the municipality being worked in.
Actions:

ATLANTIS EXTERIORS. will contact the local public health unit in the municipality where the suspected potential case was contracted.

ATLANTIS EXTERIORS. will also attempt to make contact with every customer/municipality serviced within at least 10 days before symptoms are reported to Jordan Willis

The suspected worker/contractor will be sent to a hospital/screening centre with full pay for the day/contracted period.

Upon positive COVID-19 result, worker/contractor cannot work for ATLANTIS EXTERIORS. for a minimum of 10 consecutive days or a negative COVID-19 Test.
5.How will you manage any new risks caused by changes to the way you operate your business?

The way ATLANTIS EXTERIORS. conducts business is unchanged. ATLANTIS EXTERIORS. offers contactless payment options, along with other ways that we have ZERO physical contact with our customers.

We will establish regular & sporadic check-ins with workers/contractors/customers/business associates about how they’re coping with their day-to-day health and well being including COVID-19 symptoms.
6.How will you make sure your plan is working?

How we’re screening for COVID-19

Contact tracing, and/or questionnaire that will be filled out by each and every employee/contractor and submitted prior to work being done for ATLANTIS EXTERIORS. This is mandatory!
How we’re controlling the risk of transmission in our workplace
Physical distancing and separation

Masks are mandatory in all work vehicles, and also mandatory when within 6’/2M of other employees/contractors/business associates.
Cleaning

Disinfectant wipes are available in the truck to clean surfaces.

Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available in the truck to disinfect hands

Immediately report to the health unit of the municipalities that work was/is being done for the last 10 days.
